The owner of Lovingkindness Bodyworks in Germanton, NC. I’m a Board Certified Massage Therapist, a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (NC LMBT #20342), a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, and an NCBTMB Approved Education Provider.
 

I love the blend of skill and curiosity this work asks for. I draw from therapeutic massage, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, scar work, and focused techniques for the jaw, head, and face. I’ll listen to what you tell me, pay attention to how your body responds, and adjust as we go.
 

I named this practice Lovingkindness because it’s how I want people to feel here: welcomed, respected, and cared for. There’s no pressure to push through discomfort or fit yourself into a preset treatment. We’ll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.
