Tressa Krenzer,

Founder, Lead Therapist & Educator

I’m Tressa Krenzer, a Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (NC #20342), and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist with advanced training in the Vodder Technique through Klose Training (completed February 2024). I’m also the founder of Lovingkindness Bodyworks in Clemmons, NC.

My journey began in 2019 with the creation of Lovingkindness Reiki & Yoga and has since evolved into a deeply integrative bodywork practice serving the Clemmons and Winston-Salem community. My work focuses on Manual Lymphatic Drainage, therapeutic massage, and gentle, nervous-system-aware care that supports both physical healing and overall well-being.

I specialize in working with clients who are:

  • Managing swelling or lymphatic congestion

  • Preparing for or recovering from surgery

  • Living with chronic pain, inflammation, or complex conditions, including scar tissue

  • Sensitive to deep pressure and seeking a calm, supportive approach

Sessions are highly personalized and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re seeking Manual Lymphatic Drainage in Clemmons, therapeutic massage, or a quiet space to reset your nervous system, I’m honored to support you on your healing journey.
